Private wells & septic

Much of Sherman relies on private wells and septic systems rather than town water and sewer. We factor well and septic inspections into the loan timeline for a Sherman purchase.

All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting, and property and program requirements. CHFA and USDA limits and eligibility are set by those agencies and change from time to time.
